The Constitution never said a President's pardon is only for "federal crimes." And the time of founding, the "United States" meant (and still means) any or all of the States, individually or combined.
I like that he says he will abide by court orders and I wonder if he has SCOTUS in mind.

Tina Peters was convicted by a jury of her peers, prosecuted by a Republican District Attorney, and found guilty of violating Colorado state laws, including criminal impersonation. No President has jurisdiction over state law nor the power to pardon a person…

J6ers Still Defending J6 and Related Charges from the DOJ, needing another pardon from President Trump:
- Edward Kelley; incarcerated, awaiting appeal, sentenced to life
- Ben Martin; released while appealing, sentenced to 7 years
- Taylor Taranto; sentenced to time served, appealing
The DOJ lied and got their conviction. These men are innocent and need prayers, another pardon, and commissary.
Imprisoned by Colorado for doing her job to preserve the election records of 2020, Tina Peters was persecuted for whistle blowing on corrupt Colorado. President Trump has pardoned Tina today but Colorado will not comply and they will challenge President Trump's authority to pardon Tina.
Others who were incarcerated and has asked for prayers and support:
- James Meininger
- James Tunstall
- Dustin Heathman
- Dillon Herrington (J6er who was falsely accused)
- Zach Alam (J6er who was re-arrested in Virginia)
- Jason Tasker (J6er serving out a state charge)

Presidential Pardon Power in the U.S. Constitution
The presidential pardon power is established in Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the U.S. Constitution, which states:
"The President shall be Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy of the United States, and of the Militia of the several States, when called into the actual Service of the United States; he may require the Opinion, in writing, of the principal Officer in each of the executive Departments, upon any Subject relating to the Duties of their respective Offices, and he shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offences against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment."
Key Constitutional Limitations
The Constitution provides two explicit textual limits on the pardon power:
Federal offenses only: Clemency may only be granted for "Offences against the United States," meaning that state criminal offenses and federal or state civil claims are not covered
Impeachment exception: The President's clemency authority cannot be used "in Cases of Impeachment"
Scope of the Power
The Supreme Court has described this power as quite broad. In the 1886 case Ex parte Garland, the Court characterized the President's pardon authority as "unlimited except in cases of impeachment," extending to every offense known to the law and able to be exercised either before legal proceedings are taken, during their pendency, or after conviction and judgment
Congress cannot substantively constrain the President's pardon authority through legislation, as the power flows from the Constitution alone and cannot be modified, abridged, or diminished by Congress
